• Order details: name, email, delivery address, and order contents, collected at checkout via Stripe.
• Bespoke quote enquiries: name, email, phone, postcode, project details, and any reference files you choose to upload.
• Payment details are collected and processed directly by Stripe; we do not store your card details.

Why we use it

• To fulfil and deliver your order (contract performance).
• To respond to bespoke quote enquiries (contract performance / legitimate interest).
• To meet legal and accounting obligations (legal obligation).

Who we share it with

We share order and payment data with Stripe (payments) and Supabase (database and file storage) and use Resend to send transactional emails. These providers act as our data processors and only process data on our instructions. If you accept analytics cookies, we also use Google Analytics to understand how the site is used — see our Cookie Policy for details on what this involves and how to opt out.

Marketing

You may unsubscribe from marketing communications at any time.

How long we keep it

We retain order and quote enquiry records for as long as needed to fulfil the order, meet legal/accounting obligations, and handle any warranty claims — typically no longer than 7 years.

Your rights

You have the right to access, correct, delete, or restrict use of your personal data, and to object to or withdraw consent for certain processing.
